Moreover, in January 2009, the book “Euroregió Pirineus Mediterrània Mediterranean. Un valor afegit”[Euroregion Pyrenees Mediterranean. An Added Value] was presented, written by Casimir Dalmau in collaboration with Rosa Palern and Elisabet Nebrera and published by the Institut d’Estudis Autonòmics together with the Directorate for External Action and Relations with the European Union. It was commissioned by the Government of the Balearic Islands during the year of its presidency of the Euroregion.
