Infrastructures and the Euroregion

The development of a territory, whether it be a region, a State or a community of regions, such as the Euroregion, is largely dependent on the qualitative and quantitative importance of the economic activities that are developed there as well as the existence of markets to stimulate these activities. However, development also depends on the degree of links between the different activity sectors throughout the territory and the capacity of the latter to collaborate with economic hubs in other regions and nations of Europe and the world.

The Euroregion is committed to fostering increased involvement of the regions in making decisions related to transportation and communications, at a time when the development of trans-European transportation networks is a priority that must be dealt with and addressed today.
