The General manager oversees the activity of the GECT under the aegis of the policy lines and missions decided on by the Assembly and on behalf of the President.  


He carries out his activities at the GECT headquarters in Perpignan. 


The General manager is Xavier BERNARD-SANS. He took his office in august 2017.

Under the authority of the Managing Director  of the EGTC, the Administrative and Finance Responsible guarantees the juridical of every official decision of the EGTC. He is in charge of managing financial & material resources as well as human resources issues and the general administrative and financial organization of the public entity.

The new chief administrative and financial officer of the GECT is Guillaume BENHAIEM and took office in March 2017.
